Politics are a part of life and those whom we elect to represent our best interest in government cannot be expected to accomplish their duties without commentary from their constituents. Our non-partisan Political Action Committee is comprised of our members whose mission is to monitor issues that impact our community, association and how we perform our duties. Normally our committee operates at a county level, working with supervisors from all districts and when appropriate, endorsing candidates and supporting their campaign.
You may hear from us in the near future concerning topics that will have a direct impact on our quality of life. The purpose of our involvement will be to provide you with the raw facts that will allow you to come to a reasonable conclusion without the spin that often clouds the veracity of a subject. If our membership assumes a position on an issue, we will clearly state our reasons for doing so and welcome input from the community on our stance.
